Former Dutch legend Robin Van Persie becomes Brand Ambassador for BK8 2020

Robin Van Persie, Dutch legend and formerly known as top scorer for Manchester United and Arsenal FC, has secured a partnership deal with BK8 – thanks to a contract which was signed by Mediapro Asia and


BK8 will now be able to use Robin Van Persie’s image rights in Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam. The deal will also allow BK8 to create branded content and market visits in those countries. The outcome of this partnership is to attract more people to join

Robin Van Persie himself said that he is thrilled about the partnership with BK8 and is looking forward to promoting their brand in Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand, as’s ambassador. He also expressed that he sees this as a success that will aid them in achieving their goals for the brand.

For this partnership with Van Persie is a key milestone to get the ball rolling for their marketing goals for the coming year. 

BK8’s general manager, Lawrance Wayneson, also commented on how happy BK8 is to have Robin Van Persie on board, and they are confident that only good things can come from this partnership, by engaging sports enthusiasts within the gaming industry. Having Robin Van Persie, who is a great sports representative, will not only have existing members of BK8 engaged, but it will extend their brand to all kinds of sports audiences as a premium gaming platform

The company plans to organize more sports events, like the BK8 Cup that had been a great success in the past, but now with the new brand ambassador Robin Van Persie. For example, Van Persie will visit Indonesia and Thailand, and there will be a series of other activities as the Euro Cup gets closer. 

Mediapro Asia, the Asian arm of Mediapro in Spain, formed this collaboration for, and this means that more opportunities will arise in the future for both parties involved.
